Second Homes
We are not a rental company. We have a background in custom homes, short-term rentals, and long-term rentals and noticed a need for people who have second homes in Summit County but are not interested in renting their properties. We are here for you to make local connections and make sure every time you come to your house in Summit County, there is not a list of chores for you to complete. Our basic packages are listed below, but we are here to create a program that works for your needs.
Arrival
This package involves a one time visit to make sure ice is chipped, snow is shoveled, heat is up, skis and groceries are delivered when you first arrive to your home.
$300 For Basic Service - Heat check, snow removal, light bulbs, TV connections, patio/hot tub prep.
+20% of grocery, ski rental, or any other delivery item.
Maintenance
Maintenance involves a monthly checklist that is filled out and sent to the owner. Maintenance items that come up can be handled on an hourly basis.
Checklist Includes: Lights in every room, mechanical room check, temperature check, alarm responses, hot tub check, exterior walk for trees, windows, etc.
Snow removal not included, but we can coordinate
$300 month + $100/hourly for any additional work requested.
First contact on alarm, low temperature, or flo-logic/water cop alerts. Trip Charge associated with this service.
